Within the last six months, probably in Arpil or May. I was visiting with Scott Peterson who's kids go to my kids schools. He said that his company is always hiering engineers. I said what kind of engineers he said it didn't matter, mechanical, civic, etc. He himself is some kind of engineer. It is a government type of place, a place where you have to have security clearance to get in and a place where they won't let the boy scouts tour. ( We talked about all of those kinds of things), He said the recession hasn't slowed them down at all. It has to do with rockets (military or space I know not). Are you interested in relocating and if so would you like me to call him Let me know Val
I was reading some transcripts today and the DPS (Department of Public Safety/State Cops) lab guy was a chemical engineer. In AZ DPS is the lab guys for all police agencies. Even if you would be on the wrong side.
Mike, not sure really what you do.... but I figured it was engineering or programing of some kind. I work with a gal who used to live up in Idaho Falls when her husband worked at westinghouse plant 1986-1990 as a nuke instructor. He now works for Symantec. His name is Stephen Zedalis (stephen_zedalis@symantec.com). Ruth his wife said you should check out Symantec. Yea super lame I know but who knows, you may know him or may have an in somehow. -Nate
