I do this every two weeks. Holly and Valerie have also done this. I love cooking with fresh vegetables so I think it is the best. I have given away fresh brussel sprouts and collards greens (then I get to feel generous.)
Wow Cathe just mentioned this to me - like last week. I need to look into it.
